Monika Gupta, MD, is a board-certified neurologist. She provides care for people with a variety of neurologic conditions, and has a special interest in neuromuscular diseases. Dr. Gupta uses advanced neurodiagnostic techniques, including electromyography and nerve conduction studies to diagnose and treat neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, and nervous system disorders.
Dr. Gupta also serves as medical director for stroke and general neurology at Temecula Valley Hospital through a clinical collaboration between UC San Diego Health System and Temecula Valley Hospital.
During her training, Dr. Gupta completed neuromuscular fellowship training at UC San Diego. She served as chief resident during her neurology residency at UC San Diego and completed her internal medicine residency at Loma Linda University. Dr. Gupta earned her medical degree from the University of Florida.
